Unnamed sources told Pop Eater, "No way would they allow this to take place. MTV rents a position in the Square that night like every other media outlet. You can't get access to the Square without an official credential. You have to play by the official rules or you get kicked out, which is exactly what has happened to MTV and Snooki."

But, we thought Snooki could do anything. We really did. Now New Year's Eve is ruined.

Pamela Anderson ad rejected at Hong Kong airport

An advertisement featuring a scantily clad Pamela Anderson frisking and stripping travellers has been rejected by Hong Kong airport, animal protection campaigners have said.

The commercial is the latest to be made by the group People For the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) in their long-running campaign against the use of animal furs and skins in fashion. In it, the former Baywatch star is seen dressed in a revealing airport security guard uniform stopping people and stripping them of leather belts and shoes and fur coats.

The advertisement, titled “Cruelty Doesn’t Fly”, also features comedians Steve-O, Andy Dick and Carol Leifer, a pair of nude models and German punk icon Nina Hagen. PETA had hoped to place the advert on large-screen televisions throughout Hong Kong International Airport over the peak, year-end holiday period when more than 100,000 people a day pass through the airport. However, JCDecaux, the company that manages the advertising concession at the airport, rejected the advertisement as inappropriate.

“Given the groping that you see at security checkpoints and the nudity that you see in body scans, we’re surprised that our light-hearted ad was deemed too risque, PETA Asia vice president Jason Baker said. PETA said it hoped to place the ad in Berlin, Tokyo and Sydney and in airports in the US, but Hong Kong had been the first to reject it.

This year, an advertisement featuring longtime PETA supporter Anderson in a bikini with her body marked to show cuts of meats, similar to posters seen in butchers, was banned in Montreal.

The most frightening part of the listings say that We Dare features "innovative use" of the Wii Remote and PS Move controllers. I don't want to think about where Ubisoft wants me to put a Wii Remote with the intention of "spicing up" a party. More specific details on what games We Dare will include or how it'll play isn't yet available.

Woman sues Google over Street View shots of her underwear

A Japanese woman is suing Google over claims the search giant displayed images of underwear hanging on her washing line on its Street View mapping service.

The unnamed woman is seeking damages of 600,000 Yen (approximately $7000), claiming that the images had caused her psychological distress, resulting in losing her job and the changing of her residence.

Japan’s Mainichi newspaper reported news of the suit, highlighting that the lady first saw the photo on Google’s Street View service in Spring when she performed a search on her own house. It is claimed that upon discovering the pictures of underwear on her washing line, the woman’s existing obsessive compulsive disorder worsened as a result of increased anxiety, leading her to feel as if her life was being secretly recorded.

Drunk Swingers caught having threesome on a bench in UK

Two drunken friends have been caught having sex with a woman on a public bench. Levi Covey, 21, of Eastry Close, Ashford, and Mark Penney, 20, of Watercress Lane, Ashford, were handed four month curfews for the offence. They appeared before Ashford magistrates on Monday charged with committing an act of outraging public decency.

The pair had been out drinking in a local nightclub where they met a 20-year-old woman in the early hours of Sunday, November 21. The trio were later spotted on CCTV walking along the public footpath past the Civic Centre in Tannery Lane and towards Ashford International station.

Neil Sweeney, prosecuting, said Covey was seen urinating while the other two "flashed" their backsides at the camera. The trio then sat down on a public bench where Covey started to kiss the young woman and rubbed the outside of her jeans. She then began to perform a sex act on him while Penney pulled her jeans down and started to have sex with her.

Mr Sweeney said: "The path is open to the public and at one stage a man is seen to walk past. "A police officer later arrives on the scene and all three are seen to pull their trousers up."  At the police station Penney refused to comment and was too embarrassed to watch the CCTV footage, the court heard. Covey said he had drunk about 15 double vodkas with Red Bull and could remember walking past the Stour Centre but not much else. Read more.

Miramax teaming up with Weinsteins, 'Swingers' Sequel Being Planned

Miramax and The Weinstein Co. have announced plans to team up on producing sequels to many of Miramax's biggest films. Obviously we're already seeing the beginnings of this with the upcoming 'Scream 4' and 'Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World', but now we can add a whole bunch more sequels to that mix, including 'Bad Santa' (which Billy Bob Thornton talked up recently), 'Rounders' and 'Shakespeare in Love'.

That's not all, though, as the recently-released press release, which also mentions the fact that some (or most) of these could be direct-to-video, lists a few more films under consideration, like 'Bridget Jones's Diary', 'Swingers', 'From Dusk Till Dawn', 'Shall We Dance', 'The Amityville Horror', 'Clerks' (which already has a sequel, though Kevin Smith has teased a potential third installment revisiting these same characters in their 40s) and seemingly the most random choice, 'Copland'. Thankfully, we don't see any Quentin Tarantino films on that list, like 'Pulp Fiction', which also falls under the Miramax umbrella, but this should be enough for now.

In a joint statement, Harvey and Bob Weinstein noted, "We are very close to these films and the new management of Miramax also feels that we are in the best position to create sequels that are at once worthy and compelling in their own right.". Read more on Miramax webpage.

Irish sports star wins porn movie award

An X- rated movie that showed a well-known Irish sportsman having sex with a porn star has won a major UK porn award.

Wexford hurler Greg Jacob appeared in the movie “Tanya Tate’s Sex Tour of Ireland” which was a sensation when it occurred. The British-based porn star traveled around Ireland in a camper van having sex with men who wanted to meet her. Jacob was by far the most famous person however.

Hurley posted on Twitter that she and Indian businessman and textile heir Arun Nayar, "separated a few months ago," while Warne's statement said that he and wife Simone broke up "a while ago." After the News of the World published photos of her kissing Warne and reported that the pair spent the night together in a London hotel, Hurley Tweeted the information about her marriage.

"Not a great day," she wrote. "For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close family & friends were aware of this." Later she added, "Thank you for all your very, very nice messages x." Hurley and Nayar began dating in 2003 and married in March 2007.

Hurley has an 8-year-old son, Damian, with her ex, Stephen Bing. She dated actor Hugh Grant for 13 years before the pair called it quits in 2000. For his part, Warne also posted a statement on his website saying that he is separated from the mother of his three children. He wrote, "Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time. It is a private matter so we did not make it public. Salma Hayek has confessed that she entered the United States as an illegal immigrant.

The Mexican actress talks about her humble beginnings, her former undocumented immigrant status and her charity projects in an interview with V Magazine Spain, where she seductively poses for the cover titled ‘A Woman’s Weapons’.

“I was an illegal immigrant in the United States,” Fox News quoted Hayek as saying in the interview. “It was for a small period of time, but I still did it,” she added.

In the interview, Hayek also discussed her involvement with women’s issues, including the promotion of awareness programs about violence against women and the rising discrimination against undocumented workers.

“I had to endure the worst time of all in terms of racial discrimination in Hollywood when I first started out,” she said. "It was inconceivable to American directors and producers that a Mexican woman could have a lead role,” she added.

Meanwhile models E, F, and G -- the specialty, plus-sizes of bra measurements -- are shot only on their backs. G raises 

her arms above her head. If their boobs are significantly different from their friend the B cup's, these camera angles sure don't show it.

Skipping over the objectification (this is, after all, an ad for sexy lingerie), the women look so very much alike, it's unclear how users unfamiliar with the cup-size-as-musical-note conceit are supposed to get the joke.

You’ve got to question the timing.  Christina Aguilera has had a tough year, not only professionally but personally.  Her last album and tour did not do well, her film Burlesque bombed, and her marriage fell apart.  Her career, it has needed a much needed boost.  So you’ve got to wonder if the release of these photos was done on purpose by Christina Aguilera or her people…Her rep has said the photos  that were reportedly in her stylist’s possession on their laptop were” illegally obtained by a hacker.”  Adding that the pics were “taken in the privacy of Ms. Aguilera’s home and were used only in a personal exchange between the star and her stylist.”

But there have been several celebrities who let some racy photos or footage “leak” in a – usually in vain – way to ignite their career. Why were these photos leaked now? Wouldn’t someone wait until her stock was “up” and they could get more for the photos? Or was it more of a spur of the moment thing? Or maybe it’s all just a ploy to keep her name in the headlines?
