Police are hunting four men who robbed a north Melbourne adult store, threatening the shop attendant and making off with cash, but no merchandise.
Four men forced a woman sex-shop worker to the floor before ransacking the business in Melbourne's outer north last night, police say.
One of the men was armed with a hammer when the gang entered Sexy Mart on High Street in Epping about 11pm. Police say the men threatened the woman with the hammer before she was forced to the ground and held down.
The men then ransacked the store before escaping with a small amount of cash. The woman was not injured. A Victoria Police spokeswoman said the men were not believed to have stolen any adult products.
