A 17-year-old boy who was writing sexually graphic and explicit letters to women in his suburban neighborhood was arrested by Sacramento, Calif., authorities Friday, KTXL-TV reported.
The unidentified Casanova, who was coined the”Sexy Letter Bandit,” was arrested and arraigned on two charges of stalking for what investigators called “vulgar” descriptions of sex acts that he wanted to perform on the women, including hand-drawn pictures.
“I’ll just describe the content as being very sexually suggestive and such that any average person being the recipient of such a letter would have every reason to be uneasy and apprehensive about it,” Sheriff’s spokesman Jason Ramos told KTXL.
